Welcome to Hamlin Dental! Our dental practice was started in 1984 by Dr. Robert Lang, and we've proudly been serving patients in Hamlin, NY and the surrounding communities of Brockport, Murray, and Hilton ever since. In 2019, Dr. Nicholas Garcia joined us, and after four years of mentorship with Dr. Lang, he now leads our team.
Our team loves caring for patients, and many of us have worked together for years! Our common goal is to deliver exceptional dentistry and an excellent experience for every patient each time they visit us.

Dr. Nicholas Garcia
Dr. Nicholas Garcia earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He then went on to complete a one-year residency at SUNY Upstate Hospital in conjunction with the Syracuse VA to serve our veterans. Before dental school, he earned his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Niagara University while playing Division 1 soccer.
Advanced Dental Training
Dr. Garcia is committed to bringing his patients the most advanced technology and techniques. As a result, he invests hundreds of hours in completing continuing education with CEREC Doctors (CDOCS), Spear Education, and the Resnik Implant Institute. He is a CEREC Doctors mentor and a member of the Spear Study Club, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, New York State Dental Association, and Seventh District Dental Society.
Although he enjoys the technical part of dentistry, Dr. Garcia's favorite thing about being a dentist is getting to know his patients and their families.
When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Garcia enjoys playing soccer, running, biking, and cooking with his wife Morgan. They frequently travel to visit her family in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Dawn
Licensed Dental Assistant & Certified Phlebotomist
Dawn has been a dental assistant since 1994 and has been with our dental practice since 2013. She loves getting to know her patients and ensuring they're satisfied with their treatment. Seeing people happy and smiling is one of the best aspects of the job for Dawn.
Dawn loves vacationing, camping, and motorsports when she's not caring for patients.
Flossie
Licensed Dental Assistant & Certified Phlebotomist
Flossie has been in the dental field since 2003 and with our practice since 2021. The best part of the job for Flossie is establishing a relationship with her patients and making sure they feel comfortable coming to the dental office. She also appreciates working with a team that's like a second family; a team that works well together, genuinely cares for each other, and spends time with each other outside the office.
Flossie enjoys kayaking, biking, walking her dachshund, and watching true crime in her free time.
Jeanne
Administrative Team
Jeanne is new to Hamlin Dental but has been in the dental field since 1993. Jeanne's favorite aspect of her job is working as a team to maintain and improve their patients' dental health.
When she's not at the dental office, Jeanne enjoys traveling to as many beaches as possible!
Lisa , B.S., RDH
Dental Hygienist
Lisa has been in the dental field since 1993 and has been with our practice since 2015. She loves working one-on-one with patients and helping them conquer their dental fears. She appreciates that the staff at Hamlin Dental feel they are much more than coworkers. Everyone truly cares about the patients and each other.
When she's not at the dental office, Lisa likes a good hunt for antiques, sitting by a campfire with her dogs, and a nice glass of merlot.
Haylie , RDH
Dental Hygienist
Haylie has been in the dental field since 2006 and has been with our practice since 2015. She loves that the team feels like a family and everyone has a lot of fun at work.
Haylie enjoys going to concerts, working out, and doing anything that requires a lot of movement in her free time, like dancing.
Andrea , RDH
Dental Hygienist
Andrea has been in the dental field since 2001. She loves helping patients realize that their dental health is essential to their overall health. She also appreciates working with the Hamlin Dental team because everyone gets along and they have fun together. It's truly a team atmosphere!
In her spare time, which is rare, she loves to work out and read. She's a homebody and loves just hanging out with her two boys, hubby, and their many pets.
Taylor
Certified Dental Assistant
Taylor is from Brockport, New York and graduated in 2016. She went on to pursue her career in the dental field in 2019 through the BOCES dental assisting program. Through her continued education she earned the title certified dental assistant. She is always looking for ways to improve and gain more knowledge to give the best care for her patients.

I enjoy getting to know each patient and building a personal connection with each one. I am proud to be a part of a dynamic team of professionals that provides the highest level of treatment and quality."
Outside of work Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends and of course watching the bills play. Taylor loves being an aunt to her niece and nephews who mean the world to her. Her hobbies include fishing and kayaking with her boyfriend of 9 years! I am always looking for ways to improve and gain more knowledge in my career to give the best care for my patients!
Mckenzie
Dental Assistant
Mckenzie started her dental career in high school through WEMOCO in 2023. As a senior she worked at multiple offices gaining lots of experience. She joined us at Hamlin Dental in 2024. She enjoys being able to make relationships with patients and doing whatever she can to help a patient feel comfortable. When not at work she likes to spend time with family and friends.
Hamlin Dental is a family place. Everyone there is very personable and friendly. They are the friendliest and most nonjudgmental group I’ve worked with. I went after a couple years of not going to the dentist and Dr. Garcia had a care plan for me within no time. I love being a part of Hamlin Dental.
